In my philosophy-based happiness coaching, I offer tried-and-true mindsets, tools, and techniques for you to find your own better way of thinking and living that can lead to lasting happiness — whatever that means for you. Together, we'll build your foundations for robust and lasting lifelong happiness that doesn't depend on anything external (like professional success, having the right relationship, etc.)
My approach couples philosophical changes in mindsets together with easy (and fun!) to implement reinforcing practices. With my strategies and coaching, you can change your perspective and your trajectory in a way that leads you to ongoing growth and improvement across all areas of your life. By applying these tools, you can come to live every day as an epic adventure in which you appreciate the small things in life as you make concrete progress to make your biggest dreams come true.

I know what it’s like to feel that you’re working hard but that life’s not working for you. To apply yourself and put in the time and effort only to be left with a vague feeling of discontent. I also know what it’s like to pin my hopes for happiness on an external achievement only to feel unfulfilled once I reached it.
For almost 20 years, I’ve been working on figuring out what makes a life good and what makes one truly happy. I’ve researched all kinds of disciplines, including philosophy, science, and life design. And I find one recurring big lesson in all their combined wisdom: true happiness is a lot less about getting things and outcomes and a lot more about your mindset and way of interacting with what’s already around you.

(1.5 — 2 hours of coaching & 5 — 6 on personal growth implementation work)
In this in-depth program, I share with you the foundations for building robust and lasting happiness in your life.
Each week, we discuss the philosophy and science that inspire key empowering mindsets and work to consciously adopt them during our coaching sessions. Then, on your own time throughout the week, you implement effective practices that reinforce these mindsets and fuel your growth. We work together to build subsequently on the progress of the previous weeks, going through all core areas of your life to give you the comprehensive, strong foundations for you to cultivate lifelong happiness that does not depend on anything external.
